摘要
分析了ＳＴ—６／５００跳绳式成绳机的关键部件──转子弓经常发生断裂的原因。针对铝合金转子弓韧性较差和成本高的问题，改装了转子弓。对转子弓的材质、板厚和结构做了改进。
hy ST-6/500 skipping style twisting rope machine's important partsthe turning bows often break is analysed. According to the two problems of their poor toughness and high cost prices,Al alloy's turning bows are changed. Materials,board thickness and structures of turning bows are improved.
