钛板坚强内固定治疗颌面骨骨折118例临床分析

Clinical analysis of the results in 118 patiets with maxillofacial fractures treated by rigid internal fixation with titanic miniplate.

目的探讨钛板坚强内固定治疗颌面骨骨折的临床疗效。方法采用钛板坚强内固定进行颌面骨骨折的固定与重建。结果118例患者手术均Ⅰ期愈合,术后除2例发生咬合关系不良,张口受限外,其余均获得成功。结论钛板坚强内固定治疗颌面骨骨折疗效肯定。

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of the rigid internal fixation with titanic miniplate on the treatment of maxillofacial fractures. Methods Fixation and reconstruction of maxillofacial fracture by use of rigid internal fixation with titanic miniplate. Results 118 patients recovered in phase one, 2 patients developed disfunction of occlusal relation and mouth opening, others obtained success. Conclusions This technique is effective for the patients with maxillofacial fracture treated by rigid fixation with titanic miniplate.
