摘要
论述用普通低碳20钢生产高强度双相钢丝的可行性。实验表明,适于拔丝的双相组织是在板条马氏体基体上分布着细小的铁素体岛。这种组织经过深度拉拔后能得到很高的抗拉强度,并且能得到绳用钢丝所需要的弯曲和扭转次数。
To describe the feasibility of producing high strength wire with dual phase structure using plain low-carbon steel 1020. Experiments show that the dual phase structure suitable to wire drawing consists of fine ferrite islands dispersed in the matrix of lath martensite. After deep drawing,such a structure gives very high tensile strength with satisfactory numbers of bending andtwisting for wire for rope.
