摘要
拉丝机拖动电机多采用控制方式简单的交流电动机。主要类型可分为鼠笼式、绕线式及滑差电机拖动。此类拉丝机在电控设计与实际现场调整中有几点容易被忽视的问题而造成跳闸或主触点熔焊等严重事故。本文针对这些问题提出了改进措施。
The motors for pulling drawing machine are more the alternating motors which can be controlled easily. The main types of motor are squirrel -cage,winding and differential types. This kind of drawing machines have several problems easily be neglected in the electric controll designing and on-the-spot adjustment,which can cause serious accidents such as trip,burning of main contact etc. The improvement measures are raised in accordance with these problems.
