摘要
文章对“首问负责制”与“学科馆员制”的服务性质、服务方式、服务特征、服务范围等方面进行了分析比较,认为如将“首问负责制”作为“学科馆员制”的配套制度实行,将会极大提高图书馆的服务绩效。参考文献8。
This paper discusses the service quality, service methods, service features and service scope about the system of initial consultation and subject librarian. I consider that putting the two systems into practice at the same time will greatly promote the service performance of the library. 8refs.
