从结构设计、工艺、成本等方面对蒸汽喷射真空泵混合室及喷嘴结构的衍化进行了分析。
This paper describes the evolution in the mixed roo m and nozzle structure of vapour jet vacuum pump. Further , the benefit result from technical progress on design, technics ,cost and so on.
