小切口白内障摘除前房空气填充人工晶体植入术的应用

摘要 目的探讨小切口白内障摘除、前房空气填充人工晶体植入术的临床应用及其在基层医院推广的可行性。方法对236例(261眼)视力≤0.2的白内障患者施行巩膜隧道小切口,完成V形截囊、扩大内切口、水分离、娩核、前房空气泡填充行人工晶体植入。结果术后视力恢复至≥0.3者,第1d252眼占96.6%;视力≥0.5者,第1周199眼占76.2%,1个月后221眼占85.0%。未发现有不良并发症。结论由于本术切口小、反应轻,无需缝合,增视效果快而好,设备不昂贵,适应在基层医院推广。 Objective To Search the clinic practice on the skill of small incision cataract extraction & intraocular lens implantation with air to maintan the anterior chamber and the possibility of this technology be used in the county hospitals.Methods The 236 eyes (261 cases)with cataracts of visual acuity ≤0.2were operated by using the technology of sclera tunnel, small incision, “V”Capsulotomy, enlarging intra-incision of tunnel,hydrodissection, nuclear extinpated,IOL implantation with the air to maintain anterior chamber. Results The vision in 252 eyes(96.6%)was 0.3or better at first day of post-operation.The 199 eyes (76.2%) and 221 eyes(85.0%) at one week and one month after surgery were obtained visual acuity ≥0.5,None of them resulted bad complication.Conclusion This operation style, incision is small, reaction is light, as well as sutureless, the vision acuity improving satisfactory post-operation. Cost for the equipment on this operation is not high, that is suitable for using in county hospital.
