摘要
运用热重分析手段对煤从常温到燃点之间的氧化热解过程进行了研究。通过不同动力学机制模型函数分别对热重分析数据进行处理和相关性分析,结果表明,煤炭氧化热解过程符合一级化学反应动力学机制,据此求出了活化能。结合算例求出了4种煤样的活化能。运用此方法确定煤的活化能快捷、方便。
The paper is concerned with to study of the mechanism of coal self-heating oxidation from normal temperature to ignition temperature by means of thermogravity technique and offers a few kinds of reaction models discussed by the liner correlation calculation. The results suggest that the oxidizing decomposition of coal can be described as a first-order chemistry reaction. Activation energies of kinds of coal are determined in the case. The activation energy of coal is determined in a faster and easier way convenient if the suggested approach is used.
