正交椭圆螺旋盘管换热器的总传热系数 被引量:1

摘要 总传热系数是换热器的重要设计参数。对正交椭圆螺旋盘管换热器而言,传统公式计算出的总传热系数理论值不能满足设计要求。根据热工实验数据,提出了新式强化传热换热器总传热系数实用计算公式。测试结果表明,计算值能够满足设计要求。 The total conductivity is one important designing parameter of the heat exchanger. In case of the heat exchanger of ellipse spiral ophidian coils, the conventional calculation formula suffers from the failure to meet the designing requirements in terms of the theoretical magnitude of the total thermal transferring coefficient. The paper proposes the functional calculation formula for the total conductivity of the new style strengthened heat exchanger, based on thermodynamic experimental data. And the test results indicate that the calculation magnitude can meet the designing requirements.
