毛葡萄嫁接换种砧穗及其接合部位剖面结构观察 被引量:9

摘要 采用品种NW 196、V-64、V-32做接穗,对毛葡萄雌能花植株(砧木)进行硬枝嫁接换种试验,并对砧、穗及其接合部位愈合情况进行解剖结构观察,结果表明:NW 196、V-64、V-32硬枝接穗和NW 196绿枝接穗与毛葡萄硬枝砧木的四个组合接口都未能正常愈合,接合线处都不同程度有死细胞。砧、穗的形态解剖结构差异比较均达极显著水平,其中NW 196与毛葡萄的差异最大,其次是V-64,V-32与毛葡萄差异最小。 The experiment adopted NW196, V-64 and V-32 to graft female of Vitis quinquangularis Rehd. (as rootstock) for the purpose of variety change breeding. At the same time, the anatomical structure of the rootstock, scion and the healing of their joint were also observed. The results showed that graft union of different four combinations could not heal up, and the seam had various dead cell. The difference of morphology and anatomical structure reached extreme significant level in rootstock and scion, which was obviously between NW196 and Vitis quinquangularis Rehd, next was V- 64, and V- 32 was the smallest.
