文章简要阐述了现阶段农业科技培训的需求特点,即:实用性、创新性、快捷性、实践性、近距离性,对当前面临的主要问题作了剖析,并从增强意识、加大投入、优化资源、创新机制、拓展渠道等方面提出了进一步做好农业科技培训工作的具体措施。

The paper briefly expatiates on the demand characteristics of agricultural science and technology training at present such as availability, innovation, shortcut, practice and closer distance. The main problems that would be faced have been analysed. The author suggested that the training in agricultural science and technology should be done well by paying more attention, strengthening input, optimizing resources, innovating mechanism and expending channel etc.
