摘要
本文介绍了以８０９８单片机为核心组成的炉温智能控制系统，其硬件电路包括对断偶和输出断线的在线检测、掉电保护及故障报警等．讨论了智能控制器的自测试和故障诊断方法．采用基于专家系统的方法对ＰＩＤ参数自整定，以ＳＫ－Ⅱ型电加热炉为对象，进行了实验研究．
This paper deals with the electric furnace intelligent control systems of MCS- 8098. Thecontrol circuit consists of on-line test of thermocouple and output signal,power failure protection andbreakdown report. It discusses the method of intelligent controller self-test and self-diagnosis. Thepaper studies the PID based on the expert system for the SK-Ⅱ electric furnace.
