摘要
目的:评价BLB种植系统的临床应用效果.方法:Ⅰ期植入种植体,3～6个月后Ⅱ期切开牙龈,上基台印模,对骨量不足者,采用自体骨移植及上颌窦提升术来扩大适应征.结果:对47例共84颗种植体临床应用6个月～6年进行观察,失败脱落7颗,其余均正常行使功能.结论:BLB种植体不失为一种比较理想的种植体.
Objective： In this study, clinical effects of BLB implant system were evaluated . Method： Implants were implanted in alveolar bone at first term. After 3 -6 months,the gums that were on the top of implants were removed. Abutments were placed in implants. Then taking a impression. In some cases of severe bone？ absorbed,Wecould use self？ bone transplantation and maxillary sinus lifting. Result： 84 implants which wereimplanted for 6 months - 6 years of 47 patients were analyzed. 7 implands were extracted. 77 implants were successful. Conclusion： BLB implant system can be considered a good implant system.
