头孢吡肟治疗医院内获得性肺炎效果的对照分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的评价头孢吡肟治疗医院内获得性肺炎的疗效。方法85例医院内获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组42例,分别用头孢吡肟2g/次和头孢他定2g/次q12h静脉滴注治疗,在治疗前后均进行痰培养,观察两组内临床疗效和细菌学疗效。结果治疗组总有效率、细菌清除率分别为90.70%和95.24%,对照组分别为61.90%和60.00%,两组差异均有显著统计学意义。结论头孢吡肟可以替代头孢治疗医院内获得性肺炎的经验性用药选择。
