摘要
目的观察蚁附蠲痹颗粒的镇痛抗炎作用。方法采用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察其镇痛作用;采用耳片法、毛细血管通透性亢进法、足肿胀法、棉球肉芽肿法及大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型观察其的抗炎作用。结果蚁附蠲痹颗粒对醋酸所致的扭体反应有明显的抑制作用,热板法显示该制剂能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值,其中中剂量组的作用较为明显;蚁附蠲痹颗粒对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀、醋酸所致的毛细血管通透性亢进、蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀及小鼠棉球肉芽肿都有明显的抑制作用;蚁附蠲痹颗粒预防性和治疗性给药对佐剂性关节炎模型均既能明显抑制注射局部的早期炎症反应和12d后的再度肿胀,又能抑制另一后肢迟发性超敏反应引起的足肿胀,作用强度与可的松相似。结论蚁附蠲痹颗粒有显著的镇痛抗炎作用。
objective:To study the analgesia and anti - inflammation effect of Yi - fu Juan - bi granule. Methods: Aanalgesia effect was studied with mouse- hotplank method and mouse - bodytweaking method;Anti - inflammation was studied with the methods of mouse auricle weighting, capillary vessel permeation measurement, mice foot tumefaction measurement, cotton acestoma measurement and FCA arthritis model . Results: Yi - fu Juan - bi granule can can restrain the mouse body tweaking caused by acetic acid and enhance the pain limen level of mouse and there is a quite evident effect of middle dose group. In addition, it can inhibit the mouse auricle tumefaction caused by dimethylbenzene and sthenic capillary vessel permeation cause by acetic acid. It also can inhibit mice foot tumefaction cause by egg white and mouse acestoma caused by little cotton ball . What' s more, it can prevently and therapeutically control the early inflammation reaction and afresh tumefaction of FCA arthritis model after 12 days , it also can inhibit the mice tumefaction of another foot caused by late hypersensitive reaction. Conclusion- Yi - fu Juan - hi granule has a quite evident effect of alleviating pain and anti - inflammation.
