摘要
阐明了用于铝及其合金铸造中的电磁结晶器的基本结构,并评述了各类电磁线圈,对电磁线圈和屏蔽部分主要参数进行了分析和研究,并得出:(1)对于单锭系统,磁场分布除角部有较大的叠加效应以外,沿铸锭周边分布均较均匀,并认为设计矩形断面线圈时.棱角部分采用直线段即可.(2)对于双锭系统,当锭间距大于15cm时,可忽略两锭间电磁场的相互影响,此外,双锭系统的线圈可采用串联方法.评述了铜与钢的电磁铸造的发展前景.
The article shows the fundamental structure of electromagnetic casting crystallizer mould. Several kinds of electromagnetic crystallizer coil with the design and research of their main parameters and screen department are discussed. It is concluded that: (1)For one-strand unit EMC, the distribution of magnetic field is uniform around the ingot, except for corner regions, therefore, for rectangular sections, the coils at the corners can be straight lines. (2) For two-strand unit EMC, the influence of magnetic field of one caster on another is negligible, when the distance between two casters exceeds 15cm. The coils of the two-coil system can adopt the series method. The article also makes a prospect for copper and steel EMC.
