Research on Countermeasures for Constructing China' s Harmonious Society

分析了党的十六届四中全会提出的要“把和谐社会建设摆在重要位置”,这一重要思想的时代背景、重要理论和实践意义。提出了一些具有可操作性的对策建议。

The Fourth Plenum of 16th CPC Central Committee pledges to “put the construction of a harmonious society as top priority”. This article analyses the great social background of this thought, analyses its theoretical as well as practical guidance upon China＇ s socialist modernization. Focusing on how to construct a harmonious society, this article puts forward some practical and feasible suggestions.
