体育院校音乐素质教育应注重学生品德与审美素质、创新素质、文学素质、自然科学素质、现代科学技术素质等方面的培养。课堂内外结合,促进学生的全面发展。

The musical quality education in the physical education colleges and universities mainly focuses on the following aspects： （ 1 ） the cultivation of the moral education and aesthetic education; （2） the cultivation of creative quality ; （ 3 ） the cultivation of literature quality; （4） the cultivation of natural science quality education; （5） the cultivation of the modem science and technology quality education and so on. The comprehensive practical education and the classes both in and out of the classrooms can promote the all-round development of the students.
