摘要
利用微卫星分子标记,对杂交组合金优207的双亲及F1之间的多态性进行引物筛选和检测技术研究。结果如下:在已筛选的232对引物中,有32对引物显示稳定的多态性,杂种表现为父母本互补的带型。用表现多态性的两对引物分别对人为掺假的金优207进行纯度鉴定,能将掺入组合中的假种子区分开。目前采用的方法,具有准确可靠、多态性高、稳定性好、易于操作等特点。
232 pairs of SSR primers distributing in 12 rice chromosomes were used to detect Jingyou207 series. Out of the used primers, 32 were repeatable polymorphic. It could distinguish all restorer lines and sterile lines effectively. The bands of hybrid rice were complement types of their parents, which were adapted to examine purity of hybrid rice seed. The possibility of economical beneficial on identification of hybrid rice purity was discussed.
