摘要
本文根据水稻烘干实验得到的谷粒爆腰检测结果,研究了稻粒在不同的加工、干燥条件下的爆腰情况,探讨并提出了能够准确合理地评价不同程度的水稻颗粒爆腰的爆腰指数和能够科学地评价加工(干燥)工艺对稻米质量的影响程度的爆腰指数增量两个指标.还讨论研究了爆腰指数与爆腰率之间的关系问题.
Depended on the data get from rice drying experiments,the degree of the seventy of the rice kernel fissuring was investigated and studied.Furthermore,the index of rice ketnel fissuring,a standard for measuring the degtee of the severity of rice kernel fissuring, and the index increment of rice kernel fissuring,a standatd for measuring the effects of drying methods on the quality of the rice to be processed or dried, were studied and developed.The relationship between the index of rice kernel fissuring and the ratio of rice kernel fissuring was also studied.
