Batch data base's construction for the interim industrial process and its application

首先给出间歇流程作业的批次定义,并根据批次数据的时间轴、批次轴以及批次过程监控数组提出了批次数据点,用实时数据库来建立批次数据库,研究了批次数据库的应用模型。结合实际的流程作业过程进行批次数据管理和综合应用系统研究。

The Batch＇s definition is given for the interim industrail process. The data point is derived based on time-axis, batch-axis and process data points. The batch database is created based on real-time database. Meanwhile, the application models and modeling tools for the batch database are studied. Combined with two real systems, the complicated application systems and the management of the batch database are shown.
