摘要
以复合酶(果胶酶+纤维素酶)整理亚麻织物。通过正交实验确定其优化工艺条件为:温度45℃,pH值3.0,酶用量2.0 g/L,时间5 h。对比实验分析了枯草杆菌酶、纤维素酶和复合酶的整理效果及对织物性能的影响。
Linen fabrics are treated by composite enzyme(pectinase and cellulase). The optimum technology condition is determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: temperature, 45℃; pH, 3.0; dosage of enzyme, 2.0 g/L; time, 5 b. The treating effects and properties of fabrics treated by bacillus subtilis enzyme, cellulase, and composite enzyme are analyzed by comparative experiments.
