Mechanically Ventilating Opportunity in Exhausted Cases with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)并呼吸衰竭病人的机械通气时机。方法回顾近2年来本院ICU内机械通气(MV)的COPD并呼吸衰竭病人,随机分成两组,在不同的时机使用机械通气,分别记录其带机时间、带机并发症并进行统计学处理。结果机械通气的延误将会增加COPD病人的带机时间及并发症。结论对于COPD并呼吸衰竭病人,早期有准备性的使用机械通气,并发症少、带机时间短、预后也更好。

Objective To probe the chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） and to seize the opportunity in exhausted cases by mechanic ventilation. Methods To review the practice in our institute ICU in the past 2 years, we divided the cases into two groups at random, eontroled different opportunities mechanically, wrote down the time under the machine and its complications and dealed with statistics separately. Results Delaying mechanic ventilation will increase the time and complications in patients. Conclusion The earily practice of mechanical ventilattion will be llittle complications,short time and better prognosis.
