小儿过敏性紫癜的多器官损害(附125例分析)

Multiple Organic Lesions in Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

目的探讨过敏性紫癜(HSP)对小儿多器官损害的临床情况。方法对125例过敏性紫癜病儿进行回顾性分析,了解其器官损害情况及临床表现。结果125例病儿中102例(81.6%)出现多器官损害,其中2个器官损害60例(48%),2个以上器官损害42例(33.6%)。结论过敏性紫癜易致多器官损害,包括皮肤、关节、胃肠、肾、心肺及中枢神经等,在临床诊治中应全面、细致观察病情,及早发现脏器损害,做到早诊断早治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of multiple organic lesions in children with Henoch -Schonlein purpura. Method The clinical data of 125 children with HSP were analyzed retrospectively to identify the organic lesions and clinical manifestations of HSP. Result Of the 125 eases, 102（81.6% ） developed multiple organic lesions. 60 eases（ 48% ） involved 2 organs, and 42 （33.6%） involved more than 2 organs. Conclusion HSP may easily cause multiple organic lesions involving skin,joint, gastrointestinal tract,heart,lung and central nervous system etc. Patients＇ conditions should be observed meticulously to ensure early detection,diagnosis and treatment of organic lesions.
