生物样品中乙醇浓度测定的探讨

摘要 目的探讨生物样品中乙醇浓度的测定方法。方法采用顶空气相色谱法分别测定了家兔灌服乙醇2、3、4小时后被处死后的肌肉、血液和玻璃体液的乙醇浓度,以及家兔被处死后放置1-7天的肌肉乙醇浓度。结果家兔灌服乙醇后2、3、4小时处死所测的血液乙醇浓度(BAC)随时间延长有逐渐下降的趋势,但组间差异不明显(p>0.05);而肌肉乙醇浓度(MAC)和VAC均是3小时的浓度高于其他组(p<0.05),BAC/MAC、BAC/VAC的情况相同。另外,在本实验条件下,家兔肌肉在7日内未观察到正丙醇产生。结论用顶空气相色谱法测定MAC浓度来推断BAC浓度是可行而有效的方法。 Objective The measurement of the ethanol concentration in the biological sample was discussed. Method The ethanol concentration in muscles , blood and vitreous body fluid of the rabbit which was drunk the ethanol and then kilted after 2, 3 and 4 hours were respectively measured using head space gas chromatography. At the same time, the ethanol concentrations in muscles of the rabbit killed from 1 to 7 days were measured using the same method. Result The measured BAC of the rabbit which was drunk and then killed after 2, 3 and 4 hours had downtrend along with the time increase, but the difference of every team showed inconspicuous ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; MAC and VAC showed that the concentration of the rabbit which was drunk and then killed after 3 hours were higher than the other teams (P 〈 0.05 ) , BAC/MAC and BAC/VAC.had the same conditions. In addition, the rabbit muscles weren't observed to produce 1 -propoanl. Conclusion Head space gas chromatographical was the better method which can be used to measure the ethanol concentration in the biological sample.
