摘要
采用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法对中华白海豚的多种组织和器官标本进行汞、砷浓度的测定。对样品的前处理方法和分析条件进行了探讨和优化。在优化的实验条件下,采用样品加标对Hg的测定方法进行验证,回收率为97%—104%。采用国家标准贻贝对As的测定方法进行验证,平均回收率为93%,RSD为7.8%。本法可用于贝类及其他水生动物的汞、砷的测定。
Mercury and arsenic in various tissue or organs of Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins were determined by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry. The experimental conditions for samples pretreatment and determinations were studied. Under optimized conditions, the Hg recovery is the range of 97%-104% with additional standard method. Corresponding As content in national standard material of mussel the average recovery is 93% with the relative standard deviation of 7.8%. The method was applied to the determination of mercury and arsenic in mussel and other aquatic products with reliable results.
