在用SPV50Q液化石油气球罐检验发现焊缝内壁大量裂纹。详述其产生原因,裂纹消除及焊接返修的措施,跟踪与对比检验,使用应对策略。
A lot of cracks were found in the inner shell of a in-serve SPV50Q LPG spheroidal tank when it was inspected. In this article, the causes of crack development were analyzed, and the methods to remove the cracks and weld repair procedure were, then, introduced. Finally, based on the results of the trace and the comparative inspection, the response measures were presented.
