一条含未焊透缺陷压力管道的强度分析与安全评定

Strength Analysis and Safety Assessment for A Pressure Piping with Incomplete Welding Flaw

采用有限元方法对一条含未焊透缺陷的压力管道进行了强度分析与安全评定。结果表明,焊缝存在的未焊透缺陷不影响管道的安全运行。

By using finite element method, a pressure piping with incomplete welding flaw was analyzed in strength and assessed in safety. The results showed the existence of the flaw would not effected the safe operation of the piping.
