摘要
振动切削是近年来发展起来的一种新型切削加工技术,它能获得普通切削无法比拟的工艺效果,是现代切削技术的一个重要发展方向。文中对振动切削及其分类、特点进行了综述,介绍了近年来振动切削的最新研究应用状况,指出了振动切削目前仍然存在的问题,并对今后研究的发展方向进行了展望。
Vibratory cutting is a new metal machining process and theory,which has been developed only recently.It has many advantages that conventional metal cutting cannot attain.It is considered one of the most important trends of modern metal machining technology.In this paper,the outline,the feature and the classification of the vibratory cutting are summarized,and the newest state of application and research work are introduced.Moreover,the existing problems are also pointed out,the theoretical study and its development trends are foreseen as well.
