摘要
文中结合车间过程检测的实际,对在V形块上定位的轴承外圈的圆度误差进行了分析,得到了圆度误差的计算公式,并以此为基础,给出了棱圆度误差的推导公式。然后通过程序计算,找到了一个合适的测量偏角。这对于轴承过程检测具有重要的意义。
According to the fact of process measuring in the factory,this article analyses the roundness error of bearing＇s outer loop on the V block and leads to the expression of roundness error.With this expression,the formula of prismatic roundness error is deduced.Then using computer,a fit measuring angle is found.This angle is important for processing the measuring of bearing.
