摘要
在不同的自焙条件下,实验研究了鞍钢7#高炉用自焙炭砖的石墨化过程.结果表明,石墨化率与自焙时间和温度成正比.由无定形炭向石墨转变的反应为准零级,其表观速度为常数.据实验结果可推断高炉条件下自焙炭砖石墨化率达到0.90所需的时间至少为25天以上,并认为提高自焙炭砖的初始石墨化率可缩短这一时间.
An experimental study has been made of graphitizing process of partially graphitized self baking carbon brick (PGSBCB) under different experimental conditions. The graphitization degree G is increased with the increment of the time and temperature. The apparent rate order for graphitizing process is quasi zero. The highest degree occurs at 1500 ℃ and in the length of 24 h.
