摘要
在不同的自焙条件下，实验研究了鞍钢７＃高炉用自焙炭砖的石墨化过程．结果表明，石墨化率与自焙时间和温度成正比．由无定形炭向石墨转变的反应为准零级，其表观速度为常数．据实验结果可推断高炉条件下自焙炭砖石墨化率达到０．９０所需的时间至少为２５天以上，并认为提高自焙炭砖的初始石墨化率可缩短这一时间．
An experimental study has been made of graphitizing process of partially graphitized self baking carbon brick (PGSBCB) under different experimental conditions. The graphitization degree G is increased with the increment of the time and temperature. The apparent rate order for graphitizing process is quasi zero. The highest degree occurs at 1500 ℃ and in the length of 24 h.
