摘要
前室真空盒是BEPCⅡ储存环上的基础部件,它是与真空泵、光子吸收器、束流监测器、磁铁等设备紧密相连的接口,其设计、制造是BEPCⅡ的重要环节。文中提出了BEPCⅡ储存环前室真空盒的结构设计方案,完成了真空状态下前室真空盒结构有限元分析,样机的设计、制造和试验,检测结果表明设计的合理性,目前BEPCⅡ前室真空盒已投入批量生产。
As a principle part of BEPCⅡ storage rings,antechamber is connected to vacuum pump,photon absorber,BPM,magnet and so on.It＇s design and manufacture is crucial factor in carrying out of BEPCⅡ .It put forward a scheme of antechamber＇s structure and analyzes anteehamber＇s property in vacuum state with finite element method.The trial-manufacture of antechamber justifies the design.Now antechamber has been produced in batches.
