摘要
采用三种结构的柑埚对不同还原条件下铬矿的熔融还原动力学进行了实验研究,确定了应用熔融还原法实现含铬合金钢直接合金化时渣中存在固体碳的必要性.针对实际生产进行工艺分析,提出了集还原和精炼于一身的AOD法是进行熔融还原法含铬合金钢的直接合金化生产的最佳装置之一,认为这种短而灵活的工艺流程非常适应于中小规模生产.
Using three types of crucibles,expetimental studies were carried out to study the kinetics of the smelting reduction of chromite ore by carbon nonsaturated hot metal,carbon saturated hot metal,and simultaneously both carbon saturated hot metal and solid carbon in slag. Taking into account the condition in a practical reactor,it was concluded that the presence of solid carbon in slag can greatly improve the kinetic conditions for the smelting reduction of chromite ore by increasing reaction area,accelerating beat transfer and ensuring,carbon saturation of the melt. For practical operation of chromium steel's direct-alloying by smelting reduction,it was considered,based on technical analysis,that the AOD process,which has capacities of both reduction and refining,is a favorite reactor for steel's direct-alloying by smelting reduction,and this short but flexible process is very suitable for middle and small-scale production.
