摘要
重点介绍了液压支架计算机辅助设计方面的研究情况,提出了一种用于支架结构设计、分析与建模的新方法。结合仿真分析软件Matlab和三维建模软件Pro E的各自特点,通过“布局—骨架”的建模方式,实现参数化与交互式绘图的有效结合,在液压支架的结构设计分析和有限元前处理等方面显示出明显的优势。实践证明,该方法同样适用于在其它相关的工程领域。
A new way of computer - aided structure design about hydraulic support is introduced. The method includes stmcture simulation, optimization and preprocessing of FEA, which combilies the advantages of Matlab and Pro _ E to realize the structure parametric design and modeling by use of the layout file and the skeleton file,The kind of method also may be applied in some related mechanical fields effectively.
