摘要
结合超高速磨削主轴轴承设计实例,分析了超高速大功率条件下液体动静压混合轴承的工况.考虑了紊流、空穴以及油的温升、惯性的影响,提出了较全面的数学模型及设计计算过程,设计实例理论值与实验值较好地吻合.
Based on the design of the bearings for high-speed grinding machine-tool's main spindle,this paper analysed the working condition of superhigh-speed high-power hydro-hybrid bearings,and put forward complete mathematical models and designing calculation procedures,taking turbulence,cavitation,temperature rise and inertia into account. The calculation results agree with the existing experimental results very well.
