简述了铝及其合金电镀前处理的常见工艺。结合生产实践探讨了铝及其合金电镀前处理中除油、碱蚀、酸蚀、浸锌工序对镀层结合力的影响,以及提高镀层结合力的操作要点和相关措施。

Common pre-plating processes for aluminum and its alloy were introduced briefly. Influences of pretreatment procedures of degreasing, alkaline etching, acidic etching and zinc immersion on deposit adhesion were discussed with practice experience. Operation hints and related measures for each pretreatment step for improving deposit adhesion were also presented.
