采用LH-8型彩虹色处理剂对铝件进行低温化学浸泡式处理,无需用电。介绍了该处理剂的配方、配制、适用范围与特点及处理的工艺流程、操作要点,以及溶液中六价铬含量的测定方法。该膜层耐蚀性良好,在室内存放1年不变色,在w=5%NaCl溶液中浸泡48h以及经喷漆后通过3个周期以上的中性盐雾实验表面不腐蚀。该处理剂可直接用于铝件表面装饰或作喷漆、喷塑、电泳涂装的前置镀层。

LH-8 iridescence treatment agent is used for chemical dipping treatment at low temperature on aluminum parts with no need of electricity. The formula, preparation, application scope and features of the agent, and the process flow and key points in operation, and the determination method of the hexavalent chrome content in the agent were introduced. The film obtained with the agent remained untarnished in room for 1 year, and wasn＇t corroded after being dipped in 5% by weigh of NaCl solution for 48 h and NSS tested for over three cycles. The agent can be directly used for the surface decoration of aluminum parts, and as the precoatings of spray paint, spray plastics, and electrocoatings.
