摘要
采用分光光度法,以二甲酚橙为显色剂、双氧水为氧化剂,用1.5×10-2moL/L的硫酸做介质,在波长为558nm处对酸性镀铜液中的Fe(Ⅲ)进行测定。讨论了酸度、显色剂用量和显色时间对吸光度的影响以及铜离子和其它成分对测定结果的影响。采用该法与原子吸收法测定某厂实际镀液中微量铁含量的误差仅为2.67%,说明该法能满足实际要求。该方法灵敏度与准确度高,测定过程迅速、简便,回收率在93.25%-106.20%之间。
The Fe( Ⅲ ) content of acidic copperize solution was determined with spectrophotometry in wavelength of 558 nm, using xylenol orange as developer, hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, vitriol with concentration is 1.5 × 10^-2 mol/L as medium. The influences on absorbency of acidity, developer dosage and developering time were discussed. The influences on test results of copper ion and other ions were also discussed. The method and atomic absorption method were used respectively to test the Fe( Ⅲ ) content in the practical bath of certain factory, and the error was only 2.67% , so the results proved that the method could satisfy the requirements of products. The method has high sensitivity and accuracy, the test process is rapid and convenient, and the recovery percent is between 93.25 % -106.20 %.
