摘要
掺半导体CdSxSe(1-x)玻璃的非线性光学特性研究是当前国际上非线性光学信息处理研究领域的一个热门课题.本文采用简并四波混频技术对该材料的三阶非线性光学特性进行了实验研究,并对实验结果进行了理论分析,在给出这种玻璃三阶非线性来源的理论模型的同时,采用荧光光谱法对该模型进行了实验验证.结果表明,理论和实验很好地吻合.
he optical nolilinearity in Semiconductor CdSxSe(1-x)doped glasses is one of the most attractive subjects to study in the field of nonlinear optical information processing in the world.The third order optical nonlinearity in the glasses was studied experimentally by degenerate four-wave mixing(DFWM)at first,and then the experimental data were analyzed theoretically.After that,the theoretical model for the origin of the third order optical nonlinearity in the glasses was given.At the same the,the model was tested experimentally by Luminescence spectra of the glasses.And the results showed that they were in good argeement.
