摘要
文章分析了CM O S器件原理和单片机系统特性,提出单片机系统低功耗设计的一些基本原则,以千米自容式CTD数据采集系统的设计为例,提出了一种低功耗数据采集系统的实现方案。
This paper analyzed the theory of CMOS IC and the characteristics of microcontroller system, outlined some general principles in designing and implementation of low power consumption system. A data acquisition system of self-contained CTD is given as an example for a low power data acquisition system solution.
