摘要
采用电化学测量方法研究了肟类添加剂对锌在碱性溶液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,所研究的各种肟类添加剂对锌均有一定的缓蚀效果。其中,WA的缓蚀效率最高,达80.68%.加入WA于电解液中组装了LR6型无汞碱性锌锰电池,放电实验结果表明其各项指标均超过了国家行业标准QB1185—91。
he inhibition of oxirne additives to zinc corrosion in alkaline solution has been investigated by the electrochemical measurements.The results show that all of the oximes tested possess certain inhibiting effect on the zinc corosion,and WA is of the higheSt inhibition effidricy,80.68%.The LR6 type mercury-free alkaline zinc-manganese batteries with WA added in the electrolyte have been assembled.The discharging experiment adults reveal that the batteries tested exceed the Industry Standard of P.R. China QB1185-91 in all aspects.
