摘要 根据圆柱凸轮的结构特征和运动学、动力学特性要求,提出了利用三次参数样条曲线拟合测量数据的圆柱凸轮反求设计方法,结合四轴联动数控机床的特点,采用PRO/E软件的自动编程技术编制了圆柱凸轮的数控加工程序,根据某企业产品国产化的需求,成功试制了一日产气流纺纱机绕线圆柱凸轮零件,并实现了多种应用场合的圆柱凸轮的批量化生产,为实现该类产品的国产化奠定了基础。 Based on the structural character and the kinematic and kinetic demand of cylindrical cam, the reverse design method of cylindrical cam using cubic parametric spline fitting is put forward. According to the character of four linking axis NC machine tools, the automatic programing technology of PRO/E software is applied to work out the NC processing program of cylindrical cam. Adapt to the indigenous product require of some corporation ,a cylindrical cam in airstream spinning machine which is macnufactured by a japanese corporation is trial-manufactured successfully and batch production of cylindrical cams which are used in mutisituation is realized. So this paper lays the foundation for the indigenous production of the same type product.
