摘要
针对火电厂换热器无铜化的需求,研制并加工出一种钢材质一体化新型双侧强化传热管——内螺旋外棘齿管,介绍了该管的几何结构和强化传热机理。利用通用单管传热与流阻特性试验装置,对5根不同结构参数的内螺旋外棘齿管进行了换热特性和流体动力学特性试验研究。研究发现,所有内螺旋外棘齿管管内对流换热系数比光管提高了56%-189%,同时沿程阻力系数增加37%-330%。依据实验结果,将内螺旋外棘齿管应用到了某电厂的油冷却器,经过现场运行测试,总传热系数比用光滑铜管提高21%-45%。所做试验结果均表明:钢质内螺旋外棘齿管为有效解决我国电厂换热器无铜化课题提供了一种新的选择。
A new type of integer steel two-side heat transfer en- hancement tube, ratchet tube with internal spiral groove (RISG tube) is designed and manufactured. A set of experimental tests are conducted to investigate the characteristics of heat transfer and hydrodynamics. The experimental results indicate that compared with smooth tube, the internal heat transfer coefficient of all RISG tubes are improved by 56 % to 189 %, and the flow resis- tance coefficient increased by 37% to 330 %. The field testing results show that the internal heat transfer coefficient of RISG is improved by 21% to 45% comparing with copper smooth tube.
