摘要
针对远动通信规约的发展现状、DNP3.0规约的基本结构和功能,介绍了采用面向对象的编程技术,实现DNP3.0规约的配网自动化主站方程序设计基本思路和实现方法。
A brief introduction to DNP3. 0 （Distributed Network Protocol 3.0） is presented at this paper together with an explanation of the architecture and functionality provided by this protocol. An approach to implement the protocol that adopts the OOP and the VCL component techniques in the Delphi programming environment is discussed.
