Supply chain is an advanced management mode in enterprise management, which can achieve double win on every knots in supply chain. As the supplier is the headstream of the whole supply chain,it is supplier selection that determines the advantage of improvement in enterprise competition. The paper discusses and investigates the method in selecting supplier in the qualitative and quantitative terms, analyzes advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of methods and how to choose the suitable one, thus favorable for choosing the supplier for enterprises.
