摘要
初步研究了东京根霉(Rhizopus tonkinenses)对重金属离子铜、镍的吸附性能.从东京根霉的预处理、溶液的pH值、离子初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附温度等方面对吸附能力的影响进行吸附试验,得出东京根霉对铜、镍离子吸附的最佳条件组合.研究结果显示,用NaOH处理后,能大大提高根霉干菌体的吸附能力.在pH=5、温度为25℃、吸附时间为6h对铜进行吸附,吸附率达到94.06%,最大吸附量为18.9 mg.g-1;在pH=6、温度为25℃、吸附时间为4h对镍进行吸附,吸附率达到80.2%,最大吸附量为16 mg.g-1.
The primary objective of the investigation is to examine the factors affecting biosorption of Rhizopus tonkinenses to heavy metals ion Ni^2+ , Cu^2+. These factors include chemical pre - treatments of biomass, pH, initial concentration, absorption time and absorption temperature etc. Pre-treatments of biomass with NaOH further increase its biosorption capacity under optimum biosorption conditions, the maximum uptake capacity of Cu^2+ being 18.9mg ·g^-1 at pH=5.25℃, 6h, the rate of adsorption reaching 94.06%; The maximum uptake capacity of Ni^2+ is 16 mg · g^-1 at pH=6, 25℃, 4 h and the rate of adsorption reaches 80.2%.
