高校体育专业与非体育专业学生人体成分的比较研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过对高校体育专业学生与非体育专业学生人体成分的比较研究,探索体育运动对人体成分的影响.研究结果表明,体育专业男女学生人体的蛋白质含量、水分含量、无机盐含量均高于非体育专业男女学生,存在显著性差异;非体育专业男女学生人体的脂肪含量比体育专业男女学生高,存在显著性差异;体育专业男女学生腰臀比均比非体育专业男女生低,存在显著性差异.这一结果与以往相关研究结论一致,体育运动能够增加肌肉和骨骼的重量,使多余的脂肪以热能的形式消耗,能有效降低体内的脂肪含量及体脂百分比,进而使人体成分的构成处于合理的状态. The body component relates closely to one's health, which is one of the targets of health level. Through the comparison between P. E. majors and non- P. E. majors, this paper makes a research into the effect of athletic sports on one's body components. Great differences could be found in the result of these comparisons. The contents of protein, water and inorganic salt of P. E. majors are all higher than those of non - P. E. majors; While the fat content of non - P. E. majors is higher than that of P. E. majors; the ratio of waist and buttock of P. E. majors is lower than that of non - P. E. majors. The result shows that athletic sports can add to the weight of one's muscle and bones, consume the excrescent fat in the form of heat energy, lower the content and percent of fat in human body, and make body components in a proper state.
