摘要
目的了解豫北五市(焦作、鹤壁、安阳、濮阳和新乡)饮水高氟暴露情况和改水降氟工程使用情况。方法豫北五市所有农村地区以自然村为基本单位开展普查,采集两份(集中式供水)或三份(分散式供水)水样做氟化物含量测定,并对改水降氟工程使用情况进行调查。结果在豫北五市共调查自然村14575个,其中水氟超标自然村3484个,占23.90%;水氟≤1.0mg/L的水氟合格自然村,除濮阳市占50.95%外,其余四市均大于80%;改水降氟工程正常使用率分别为70.15%,91.88%,72.74%,77.31%和58.53%。结论饮水含氟量超标现象在豫北五市广泛流行,但高水氟(>4.0mg/L)的自然村在该地区所占比例较低;改水降氟工程正常使用率不理想。
Objective To understand the exposure of fluoride in drinking - water and the conditions of defluoridation projects in northern Henan villages. Methods General survey was conducted in every natural village of northern Henan province. Two water samples for collecting water supply systems or three samples for separated water supply were collected for fluorite concentration determination;and the conditions of defluoridation projects were checked. Results Totally 14575 villages were surveyed in northern Henan, of which 3484 villages were overproof, the overproof rate was 23.90%. And the percentage of villages with fluorite concentration within 1.0mg/L was all above 80% except Puyang City with the percentage of 50.95%. The rate of normal usage of defluoridation projects was 70.15%, 91.88% ,72.74% ,77.31% 和58.53% respectively. Conclusion The phenomenon of overproof of fluorite concentration in drinking water was prevalent in northern Henan province, however the percentage of villages with fluorite concentration above 4.0mg/L was considerably low. The rate of normal usage of.defluoridation projects was imperfect.
