This paper introduces the frame and characteristics of the agricultural experts system and the working process, keys techniques and notable matters of developing the agricultural experts system by using PAID, which provides the help for developing high-quality agricultural experts system, and points out that the application of this system have achieved the wonderful economic and social values in Shanxi Province.
