随着现代科技的发展,图书馆非纸介质文献资源大量增加,如何对这些数目繁多、形态各异的文献资源进行组织、典藏、加工和科学管理,如何向读者充分揭示、宣传、利用这类文献资源,成为图书馆工作的一个重要课题。介绍“基于Internet的非纸介质文献资源管理系统”的设计、开发和应用。

Along with the development of the modern science and technology, the non-paper （medium） nterature resources in the library has increased quickly. And it has become an important task for the library to make organization, storage, process and management of these literature resources with tremendous numbers and various forms and make full revelation, publicity and utilization of these literature resources for the readers. This paper introduces the design, development and application of “the non-paper （medium） literature resources management system based on Internet”.
